Please note that Curl Halo is UK based, and if ordering internationally, customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees.
Any customer packages returned to us by customs are not eligible for a refund as this covers the original shipping cost and return fee charged to us.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have provided the correct delivery information, if your order has been dispatched to an incorrect address customer will have to pay for a second delivery fee to ensure the parcel is re-delivered to the correct address. If the parcel is yet to be dispatched and you have contacted us via the contact us page to change the necessary changes prior to dispatch no extra fee will be charged. This also applies to change of mind for products.
Returns Policy
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns however, if you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please contact us via the contact us page providing full details (including photos) within 14 days of receiving the items. Please be sure to include your order number in the subject line so we can process your request promptly.
